What are the benefits of creating a Crafted Minds account?

Are the restrictions in terms of delivery addresses?

Crafted Minds only offers delivery in the country / region where the order has been placed online or by phone. To see in which countries we deliver, we invite you to change your country / region on the top of the web page.

I have forgotten my account password. What can I do?

Should you have forgotten your password, please click on your Crafted Minds account tab and select “Forgotten your password?” For security reasons, an automatic email will be sent to the address you have fulfilled, including a link that will allow you to create your new personal password. Once you have entered your account, you will be able to change this password.

How do I place an order on craftedminds.com?

You would first need to navigate to the website of one of the countries in which we offer delivery. The delivery can only take place in the countries or regions shown in the navigation section at the top of the web page. Once you have chosen your products, add them to your cart by clicking on « Add to Shopping Bag ». Should the item be unavailable, you do not have the option to add the item to your shopping cart.
To finalise your order and proceed to the payment, click on your Shopping Bag and “Continue to Secure Checkout”
The order process has 4 stages:

Register by creating your own account or login, with your email address and password.
Fill in the delivery information: receiver’s name and address and select your delivery method.
Fill in the payment information.
Review your order and submit it.
